Race Rapid Friday Night Time Trials

Over the course of this season, we will hold a time trial over 10 miles and 5 miles every Friday evening when the circuit is available.

Register on the night from 6:00 pm with the first rider off at 7:00 pm. You can use the circuit from 6:00 pm to warm up and also after the last rider until 9:00 pm.

Entry is £8.

The Courses

10 Mile Course

Using the circuit in a clockwise direction. Start on the tip of Shaw’s hairpin. After Shaw’s hairpin, use the bus-stop chicane, down the hill onto the oval circuit. On the oval circuit, use only Edwina’s chicane on every lap. Complete 10 laps of the oval circuit only. On the last lap, turn into the pit lane to finish in line with the circuit finish line.

5 Mile Course

Using the circuit in a clockwise direction. Start at the end of the concrete inner barrier wall on the exit of Shaw’s hairpin. Use the bus-stop chicane, down the hill onto the oval circuit. On the oval circuit, use NO chicanes. Complete 5 laps of the oval circuit only. On the last lap, turn into the pit lane to finish in line with the circuit finish line.
