We aim to improve good running form and run fitness. We offer online, face to face individual and group coaching. Our club holds coached sessions at Mallory Park.
The online individual coaching packages below include:
- Initial introduction conversation via phone or video call. During this time we will have a relaxed discussion about your experience, what you want to achieve, goal setting, restrictions and expectations.
- Open dialog with the head coach via email or text message. This can be used for questions, plan changes etc.
- Weekly bespoke training plan and feedback communicated through TrainingPeaks.
- Weekly time slot for conversation via phone or video call.
- Discounted bolt on face to face group or individual coaching sessions.
- Race Rapid sponsor benefits.
Ultimate package includes all of the above, plus options of face to face coaching, race preparation, race day support. The cost is dependent on the various options selected and location of races etc.
