About Race Rapid

Welcome to Race Rapid at Mallory Park Race Circuit, the UK’s only private open water triathlon venue.

Based on the Leicestershire / Warwickshire border, our events, training and coaching facility located at Mallory Park is a beginners and experienced athletes haven.  We offer open swim, cycle and run sessions throughout the week over the summer months and also cycling and running through winter.

We organise multiple types of triathlon, cycling and running events, see our events page for all the latest information. We also hire our facility out to clubs, event organisers or groups for exclusive use of the lake, circuit or off road trails.

Our club is affiliated with British Triathlon, English Athletics and Cycling Time Trials. We have a localised social based run group called Race Rapid Stoke Golding Runners, this group runs twice a week in an effort to build community fitness in Stoke Golding. Our swim and coached sessions are held at Mallory Park as with our coached cycle sessions. Using these unique facilities, we can offer a host of group and individual face to face coaching sessions.

Our club is made up of 3 focus areas:

  • Participation – For athletes who’s focus is on the social benefit of our sports
  • Performance – For athletes who’s focus is on improving their own performance
  • Race Team – For athletes who are at the top of their game, driving for podium finishes

Each athlete will generally fall into one of these focus areas, our job is to ensure you get the maximum amount of whatever your focus might be.
